Hello friends,

After weeks of binging on quarantine bread (like many others out there!), I've been feeling like it's time to re-adjust my diet for better health. So this week I've got a delicious probiotic drink for you all. Plus an article that will remind you to let those kiddos build all the forts they want, they need them right now. Personally, I find the chaos for forts in my living room disruptive, but the article is a good reminder for me to chill out and just let the kids have fun. 🧘‍♀️Wishing you all a lovely (long) weekend (depending on where you are)!

Why kids love building forts — and why experts say they might need them more than ever

"Fort-building can help kids process this unnerving new reality on their own terms — through imagination and most importantly, control." Read on for more insight on why fort building should be encouraged.

Co-write a book with your kids

When a book combines great design and content, I'm almost always sold. This beautifully designed set of two books helps parents and kids get to know each other better. A great weekend activity and a perfect memento for them to look back on down the road.
